York Road Hinsdale Cellar Whats wrong with this cellar? No offense but, I learned from my first cellar that incorporated these clay tile inserts for bottles. They look cool but are very counter functional.They would rip or scuff the labels of the bottles, and had a horrible screeching sound, akin to fingernails on a chalk board, any time your removed or pulled out a bottle. Also, the lights might be 'hot' if left on, thereby offsetting temperature controls. Make sure you use 'cool' lighting.
